Ntando was selected for the 2026 program from 300 exceptional young leaders from more than 60 countries, following a competitive selection process involving over 1,000 applicants. As Global Ambassadors, participants become part of an international network where they can represent their communities, engage in global advocacy, develop their leadership capacity, and collaborate with other young leaders around the world.![]()

Through the program, ambassadors have opportunities to participate in trainings, workshops, leadership initiatives, global events, advocacy activities, and collaborative projects. They are also encouraged to share ideas, build professional networks, promote positive change in their communities, and contribute to solutions to global challenges.![]()
