We recently came together as the Pada team volunteers and alumni to talk about how far we have come,what we need to achieve and how to achieve our goals. We also discussed what we can do differently in order to better serve our major community which are the young women.![]()

Lillian Tinotenda Muhwandavaka is a passionate gender activist, human rights activist, digital rights advocate and an emerging tech leader. She holds a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Electronic Engineering. Lillian served as the National Gender Secretary for Zimbabwe National Student Union(ZINASU), professional programs intern at the Student Christian Movement of Zimbabwe and a young girls mentor at PADA platform and the Amalgamated Rural Teachers Union(ARTUZ).She holds certificates in leadership, feminist leadership, human rights hackathons and from the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers.![]()
